At Gårds care and nursing home, we will work together in a completely new way. Our residents are our focus, and all employees work together as one unit throughout the house. We see close collaboration as essential, where flexibility plays a significant role. We build a "We" and create a home for our elderly that is beyond the ordinary. Gårds is a multi-story house with 50 apartments. We have various gardens for the well-being of our elderly. There is a "Garden of the Senses," designed to activate all the senses of the residents. We spend a lot of time and focus on the individual at the center so that they can have the best time in the final stage of life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant at Gårds care and nursing home, you will actively participate in efforts to enhance the everyday life of our elderly. You will work with your colleagues across several of our departments. We support each other in daily tasks and work based on the national value framework and with the individual's needs at the center (IBIC). You will work according to a schedule of days, evenings, and every other weekend, with working hours varying based on the needs of the facility. If you work during the day, your shift may start at 06:55, and if you work evenings, your shift may end at 22:00.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Personal care
• Social care
• Activation
• Cleaning and service based on each resident's needs
• Being a contact person for a number of residents
• Social documentation in LifeCare based on IBIC

No two days are alike with us. Therefore, you need to be flexible and ready to help with anything that may arise: from fixing Wi-Fi to watering flowers. The most important thing is that you always focus on the individual's needs and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment.

We also want to continuously develop and improve. Therefore, you need to use your courage and commitment to report, analyze, and learn from any deviations that occur in the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should be a trained nursing assistant with a protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare and have previously worked in a care and nursing home. If you have further education in your field and/or have taken on various responsibilities, that is a significant plus. Furthermore, you need to understand what we mean by IBIC, i.e., what it means to have the individual's needs at the center - how to implement it in practice. You should be able to speak, understand, and write good Swedish, allowing you to document and communicate where necessary. If you can also speak Finnish, that is an advantage as Järfälla municipality is a Finnish administrative area.
